Contact Ledger
The shared IETS company contact book. Staff save contacts from visiting cards, PDFs, Excel files, and email signatures. An admin approves the category. After approval, the same record is visible on every login.
Side-of-screen logo bookmark is only for Windows and MacBook. Android and iPhone get a home-screen icon — no floating tab. Windows SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway.
What this contact database does
Scan & extract
Live camera for visiting-card front and back, email-signature photos, PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, vCard. Text is read, then you review and save.
Excel import & export
Upload a spreadsheet, map columns, preview, then import. Download a template. Export selected companies when you need a list.
Admin approval
Admin creates staff logins. Staff save into a category. Admin keeps or changes the category, then approves. After that everyone sees the same record.
Get it on your device
Windows & MacBook
Desktop app only. A small horizontal IETS logo sits on the side of the screen. Drag it. Tap the logo to open the ledger. No extra name on the tab.
Not shown on phones. Windows SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway.
Android
Chrome → Download for Android → Install app. Home screen icon opens the same ledger. No side bookmark on the phone.
Apple
Safari or Chrome → Download for Apple → Share → Add to Home Screen. Same login and contacts. No floating logo on iPhone or iPad.
